5 Stars is not enough!!! Atef was with us during our first mortgage in Aug 2023. So, when we got a tax bill that showed we were “overdrawn” in our escrow, he was the first call I made. Not only did he get our mortgage payment back down to almost the same amount, but got us an even better interest rate! He spent countless hours working this refinance and keeping me calm! He was realistic about what needed to happen and communicated every step, making this stressful situation a lot of tolerable. His team is just as compassionate and helpful. Where do I start. So my wife and I started with a different lender and the experience was terrible. I mean, no communication, no effort. Our realtor gave us another lender to try, and that’s where Atef stepped in. My goodness what an 180. Communication, promises kept, closed as scheduled. His team is tremendous and I could be any more thankful. This man went out of his way the day before closing to get a termite inspector out because the VA said the old one expired, and he paid for it out of pocket.
